Uno dei più importanti e selvaggi percorsi naturali del Mediterraneo, si trova in Sardegna, nascosto tra le alte scogliere della costa est, nel mondo selvaggio e aspro del territorio di Baunei. Definito uno dei trekking più duri d’Europa, il sentiero si distende per cinque notti e sei giorni lungo spiagge selvagge, cenge deserte, passaggi d’arrampicata e contatti con la natura più incontaminata.
Il regista Matteo Incollu esplora e fotografa un’esperienza assieme avventurosa e spirituale, immortalata dalle immagini di lunghe notti stellate, colori irripetibili e i silenzi profondi di un’isola antica.

One of the most important and wildest natural trails in the Mediterranean is located in Sardinia, hidden among the high cliffs of the east coast, in the wild and harsh world of the Baunei landscape. Known as one of the hardest treks in Europe, the path stretches for five nights and six days along wild beaches, deserted ledges and rock climbing passages, and comes into contact with the most unspoilt nature.
